We Have a Two Year Old!

It's crazy that Zoe is already two.  We kept her birthday pretty simple this year.  She was excited all day to eat cake and sing "happy birthday".  She got a pillow pet and a backpack from us so that she can fit in more with big brother and sister.   She also got lots of babies from friends and family because they know how much she loves them!

This girl continually cracks us up.  She has quite the little personality already!  She loves to make her siblings laugh and they adore her! 

A list of things that are so Zoe:

• She loves to sing.  If you start a song with her she will want to finish it and do it "self"(by herself).  Her favorite right now is "Mr. Sun"
• She is much like her big brother in that she is very easy going.  She LOVES to sleep and often tells me when it's time to nap.  She is always the last to get up in the morning, takes a super long nap and is the first to bed!  Momma really likes that!  She will be in her crib until it becomes a hazard for her because she is such a great sleeper in it!
• She eats tomatoes, grapes and cheese like they're going out of style!  She's the first of the kids to like tomatoes and her dad loves it! 
• She talks like crazy and says her words very clearly.  She is starting to say short sentences and they are so cute! 
• She just moved up to the 2 and 3 year old Sunday school at church.  For some reason, this was a much bigger deal to me than when the others did.  I guess since she's the baby, it was more dramatic. 
• She has just recently started playing dress-up with her sister.  She likes putting on the tutu "self" and other random clothing items around her waste. 
• She is very neat and can't stand to have a mess face or hands.  She always wants a napkin and obessively wipes her face and hands.  Too funny! 

That's all I can think of now.  She is a joy and we love having her.  It is amazing how each personality in your family makes it even more unique.  We are also looking forward to a new personality entering the family sometime mid November!  It's looking more and more like a circus around here, but we wouldn't have it any other way!  God has richly blessed us.
